Refund Policy - the basics

At Babia Studios, we take great pride in delivering high-quality newborn and family photography services. We want you to be happy with your experience. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Deposits and Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is applied toward the total session fee.

Full payment is due before the day of the photography session, unless otherwise agreed.

2. Cancellation by Client

If you cancel your session more than 48 hours before the scheduled date, we may refund any payments made minus the non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will forfeit the deposit and any other payments made.

If you reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, the deposit will be transferred to your new session date.

3. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Babia Studios

In rare cases where Babia Studios must cancel or reschedule your session (e.g., illness, emergencies, weather), we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative date or a full refund.

4. Refunds on Delivered Products and Digital Files

Due to the nature of photography services and digital products, refunds are not provided once final images or products have been delivered.

If you have concerns about your delivered images, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can discuss possible solutions.
